    Jupiter Island Estate

    Nestled on a two-acre waterfront property in Jupiter Island, Florida, this 6,500-square-foot estate is more than just a home. With several guest houses, technical rooms, and a dedicated pool plant area, the property features a wide range of equipment — from a humidity controlled wine cellar, his and hers steam room,  to air-conditioning systems and freshwater pumps to irrigation networks — all requiring regular care and attention.

     
    The team at Landhub was engaged to create a complete equipment database and maintenance plan that would help the estate staff maintain the property to the highest possible standard. Every asset, across every building, was logged and categorised to ensure nothing was overlooked.

     
    A key focus of the project was staff organisation and collaboration. It was important that the system worked seamlessly for the on-site team — making their jobs easier, not harder. We set up recurring checklists for equipment inspections, guest preparations, and compliance tasks, as well as structured worklists to help staff stay ahead of maintenance issues before they became costly problems.

     
    The result was a streamlined, easy-to-use maintenance program that gave the estate team clarity, confidence, and control over every aspect of their property’s upkeep.
